 The client wanted to update their townhome to make it easier to sell and more visually appealing. Removing the existing wallpaper and applying fresh paint instantly brightened the space, creating a cleaner, more modern look that enhances overall appeal and marketability.

 Two different clients chose to add new backsplashes to enhance their spaces. Each project featured unique tile selections tailored to the home, resulting in refreshed, polished finishes that improve both visual appeal and overall style.

 The client needed to replace a deck affected by rotting subflooring and deteriorating decking boards. The project addressed the underlying structural issues before installing new decking, resulting in a safe, durable, and refreshed outdoor space designed for long-term use and enjoyment.

 The client needed to replace an aging deck that had rotting decking boards, deteriorated joists, broken stairs, and an outdated, unattractive railing. The project addressed these structural and safety concerns while completely refreshing the look of the deck. With new decking, repaired framing, rebuilt stairs, and updated railing, the space was transformed into a safe, durable, and visually appealing outdoor area designed for everyday use and long-term enjoyment.

The repair corrected the drainage and waterproofing failures, rebuilt the shower floor to ensure proper slope, and addressed the water damage beneath the shower.
